You'll do better if you avoid having your flights cancelled. A flight is cancelled when it takes off with no luggage loaded on to it at all, so loading even the wrong colored luggage is still a better alternative. Secondly, focus on succeeding whenever special events occur.

To successfully pass the event, the VIP's luggage needs to be the first and only bag loaded. It cannot be loaded onto the plane with any other luggage or after any other luggage. Once the VIP's bag is on board, you can fill the rest of the plane.

In order for someone else's planes to land while you are playing, you must first have a successful StreetPass encounter with someone else who also has the game. You and the other user must have registered a StreetPlane for use with StreetPass.
Q: I want to put a StreetPlane into service so I can use the StreetPass™, but I have no planes in my Hangar.
Once you've obtained the Power Lift and the Auto-Loader, the next time you perform a Double Combo will earn you a small plane inside in your Hangar. Keep making combos in order to expand your fleet!

It may benefit you to return to areas you've visited previously, as this will often change what you encounter there. If you've done that, you may need to find a specific item, many of which are obtained by defeating monsters. Please note that such "drops" are random.

If you feel that the enemies are too strong, try obtaining stronger weapons and armor, or upgrade your weapons and armor by synthing them. Some enemies also have elemental weakness you can exploit during a fight.
Q: How do I roll the dice?
There are two ways to throw the dice.

Touch Screen Method: Touch and hold the stylus on the Touch Screen to grab the dice. Slide the stylus to shake the dice and lift it to throw them.

Alternate Method: Press and hold the A Button to grab the dice. Use the Circle Pad to shake the dice and release the A button to throw them.

If you throw the dice hard enough, they may fly off screen.
Q: Why did my spells change?
Magic is bound to equipment. If you change your weapons and armor, you also change your spells.

The magic in the second slot can also be changed by synthing magic scrolls.
Q: I don't understand how to make elemental combos.
Many skills and magics have an element associated with them. Using these kinds of skills consecutively will add to the chain, but using the same element twice in a row will break it, as will using an element directly after its "trump." If you need a refresher on what elements trump each other, you can return to the First Gate to review the Combo tutorial or any other tutorials you have encountered.
Q: How do I add dice to my rolls?
After selecting an enemy to attack, press the X Button. Then select which dice you would like to add, and to what probability.
Q: How do I remove the equipment my characters are wearing?
To remove armor and accessories, equip the same piece of equipment or accessory that the character is already wearing. Weapons cannot be removed.
Q: I didn't like the ending.
The game has multiple endings. Try playing the game again using your clear data. Once you meet specific conditions, a different ending becomes available.

In a mission where you are required to obtain a specific item, bump into the item with your tank to collect it.

Try customizing your tank and choosing the shell type to suit the mission at hand. Some tanks are faster and more powerful than others. You can also change the difficulty level and the firing style in the options menu at any time.
Q: I can't clear a CO-OP mission.
While the option to engage a CO-OP mission alone is there, the missions are designed for multiple players and are intended to be a challenge even for multiple players.

Some are added by clearing chapters, others can be recruited or scouted by fulfilling certain requirements. You can keep up to 32 characters in your team at once.
